Community – Giving Back
Bard Peripheral Vascular and its employees believe in supporting and giving back to the community.
Child Crisis Center/Arizona Adoption & Foster Care
Every year, Bard Peripheral Vascular supports this organization by providing funding through the Charitable Contributions group to assist in their programs provided to the children in the Forster Care Program. We also do the Angel Tree event every Christmas. The organization provides Bard Peripheral Vascular with Angels that list a child’s name and a present they wish to receive at Christmas. Employees will pick the Angel from the tree and provide a gift for the child. Please visit the organization at: www.childcrisis.org
Ronald McDonald House
Every year, Bard Peripheral Vascular provides funding to the Ronald McDonald House of Phoenix to assist with the housing they provide to families who travel to Arizona for their child that is in one of the local hospitals. We also book a night on the calendar at the house to cook for the families that are staying. We provide them a meal and company so they do not have to worry about making a meal since their focus is on their child. Please visit the organization at: www.rmhcphoenix.com
HopeKids Arizona
Every year, Bard Peripheral Vascular provides funding and volunteers to two of the HopeKids programs. In July, we hosted an Ice Skating event for families. This certainly helps to cool everyone off in the hot summer days of Arizona. In the fall, we host a “Movie under the Stars” event. The families get a chance to get outside, enjoy some food and watch a great family film. HopeKids is an organization that provides support and events for families that are dealing with their child fighting cancer or other severe diseases.
