10b5-1(c) Trading Plan Announcement – Website Distribution Only
On July 28, 2009, John H. Weiland, the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer, entered into a 10b5-1 trading plan covering up to 36,590 shares of Bard common stock which includes shares not sold under the prior trading plan that otherwise expires August 30, 2009. Under the plan, shares may be sold at various specified price and share limits. The trading plan begins September 1, 2009 and will remain in place until all shares are sold or until March 31, 2010, whichever occurs first.
