The Power of Bard in the Community
Bard's mission is to advance the delivery of health care by developing, manufacturing and supplying products and services in the areas of Urology, Oncology, Vascular, and Surgical Specialties. For almost 100 years, Bard has developed a reputation for quality, integrity, service, and innovation in all areas of our business, including our commitment to the health care industry, our local communities, and our employees. Our ultimate goal is to strengthen the wellness of our communities by improving the quality of life for people around the world.

As a result, Bard takes seriously our corporate citizenship and we consider our commitment to the community as an investment in social improvement. We have leveraged our resources by developing a comprehensive giving program that includes cash grants, medical technology donations, employee matching gift program, federated campaigns, and employee volunteerism. Our focus is best invested in areas where Bard has its greatest expertise. Therefore, Bard has developed three initiatives that are supported by cash grants through the C. R. Bard Foundation, Inc .
